DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the opening reception Sunday\, December 4\, 5-7pm. \nBehind every plate\, every pour\, every cup\, and every cleared table is a whole person with interests and passions that go beyond the four walls you may know them from. In its 4th iteration\, Art for a Living Wage returns with new and returning artistic voices from ten different local joints\, who will bring ten distinct artistic styles and mediums to the walls of 49 West. The goal of this show is to give artists working in the food service industry an opportunity to share another side of their creativity with the community they aim to serve as well as an opportunity to see their art transform into a means of supporting oneself. Come out to see what we’ve been working on this past year\, we cannot wait to share it with you!
