DESCRIPTION:I’m flying over from Denmark to play One Night. Two Shows. Forty Seats at 49 West on May 2nd because the resistance doesn’t take a night off\, and neither do these songs. \nYou know 49 West.  \nYou know the room\, the vibe\, the history of great music that’s passed through it.  \nAlmost a decade ago I stood on that stage for the very first time and played a set of all original music.  \nI was terrified.  \nThe room was kind. So were you. \nSo I’m coming back on May 2nd because the call for songwriters to address what’s real has rarely been louder.  \nYou know this moment. You feel it every morning when you pick up your phone. \nJoining me are some of the finest players in Annapolis: John Vengrouski on guitar\, Herbie Wheatley on saxophone and flute\, Cecilia Weller on violin\, and Drea Lynn on vocals.  \nAcoustic.  \nIntimate.  \nTwo shows. 7:30-9pm and 9:30-11pm.  \nTwenty-five dollars. I know that’s a little more than a usual night out. It’s also a transatlantic flight for two performances in one room at forty seats each. \nEvery ticket makes this happen. I need both shows full. That’s just the truth\, and you’ve always responded to the truth. \nHey\, the Boss is doing his part. I’m doing mine. \n(The President hasn’t attacked me yet\, which either means I’m not trying hard enough or he hasn’t heard the songs.
