“Steps to Take at 30 for Healthy Survival at 70″
Note: This talk will likely be co-hosted by Roz Kleffman, Sally Hornor, and Vince and Leslie Ferrari (Sally, Leslie and Vince, thanks for stepping in to help while Tracy, Paul, Andy are away).

Speaker: Dr. Cliff Andrew, Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and Principal Physician of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians Neurology Consultants in Severna Park.

About the Talk: I still remember that first patient I saw 55 years ago this month. After four years at Columbia, eight years at Duke and 48 years at Johns Hopkins, tonight I am retiring from doctoring. Tonight, I will discuss 12 actions in four areas you can take in “young adulthood” to add years to your life, as well as life to your years as you reach “senior citizenship”. In so doing you will lessen chances of physical and neurologic impairment.
